ABOUT NICKY AND WILL
We are certified Yoga Teachers, registered with the Yoga Alliance Professionals.
Originally from South Africa, we have each been practicing Yoga for the past 15 years and more.
The foundation of our practice and what we teach lies in Hatha and Vinyasa styles, combining the physical with the breath and inner mindfulness to realise the full benefit of Yoga. Yoga means union, so by integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we strive to promote an understanding of the how of all these aspects come together in personal health and wellbeing.
Nicky loves to teach beginners and intermediate yogis, helping instil the right habits to get the most from each posture. Nicky is also a Yogakidz qualified children's yoga teacher. She started bringing the joy of yoga to children in the Compton area and surrounds in 2019.
Will has a special interest in improving posture; getting strength and flexibility back into the spine and balance back into the body.
